RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We're happy to accept returns and offer refunds if you're unhappy with the items you've ordered from us.

Please contact us via the contact page explaining your issue and include photographs of any possible damage.

We would also like to remind customers that while we make every effort to describe our items as accurately as possible, it isn't always possible. Any cracks and chips to the crystals are to be expected due to the fact these are naturally occurring materials and aren't always perfect.

  • Can I Pre-Order Something With You?
    Unfortunately no! While this is something we're looking to add to our website we aren't able to offer that service at the moment.
  • Do You Accept Returns?
    We're happy to accept returns no matter the reason, just send us a message via our contact page and we can make arrangements for your return and issuing a refund.
  • Can You Help Me Pick?
    While we aren't quite advanced enough in our telepathy training, we have included as much information with each crystal and product available to help you narrow down what you're looking for.
  • When Are You Getting New Items?
    New items will be released onto the website every month. The best way to stay up to date is to check our social media for every launch.
  • When Will My Order Arrive?
    We aim for delivery to happen in 3-5 working days.
  • How Can I Cancel My Order?
    You can cancel at any time for whatever reason, just send us a message via the chat box or to our direct email address and we'll cancel your order and refund you. Please keep in mind refunds are not immediate but you will receive confirmation of the cancellation.
  • Where's My Stuff?
    For added security we include tracking with every delivery, you should have a copy of the tracking number included with your dispatch notification.
